Project Management: Create and execute project work plans details for event and graphic campaigns — including strategic direction, budget fore- cast, milestones, possible variances and program implementation. Facilitate weekly meetings with key stakeholders regarding project progress. Provide client bench mark and best practices for projects.
Budget/Resource Management: Responsible for determining resources needed for projects, measurement, and tracking resources to remain within budget and to ensure timely delivery. Create work -flows to outline scope of projects and assign roles to team members.
Brand/Web Management: Responsible for developing the brand’s long- term strategy and executing marketing plans. Develop and design communication/event materials to support internal and external institutional messages including- invitations, day of event programs, event signage. Manage and organize social executions, online advertising campaigns, web content and mini-sites.
Vendor Management: Serve as a liaison between various companies to manage the relationship with vendors such as printers, caterers, photographers and consultants to ensure clients' brand standards, negotiate contracts and set deadlines for various projects.
